There are a number of options for staying on property at the various Cliffs developments and The Reserve at Lake Keowee®. Rentals are limited to prospective purchasers touring with a Realtor®, property owners who have not completed construction of their home, or family and friends of property owners. Our communities are private and not intended as vacation options for non-property owners. For our clients, rental options at The Cliffs include homes, Marina Cottages, Golf Cottages or single family homes. In the case of the Reserve, The Guest House, Orchard Cottages, single family homes, and others options tempt an interested prospect.

One of the benefits of living in this area is the close proximity to several universities. Clemson’s “college town” atmosphere, amazing sports programs, engineering and sciences, performing arts, agriculture, horticulture, and continuing education options are certainly a factor in many of our clients’ decisions to purchase at The Cliffs or The Reserve at Lake Keowee.
