Meet Alisa
A true native of the Upstate, Alisa McCall Champion serves the customers and clients of Justin Winter & Associates as the Broker-In-Charge.
She is a Top Producer with the Anderson Association of REALTORS®; a Top Producer with the Tri-County Board of REALTORS®; and a Lifetime Member of the Tri-County Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club.
In 2003, Ms. Champion was honored by the Tri-County Board of REALTORS® as their REALTOR® OF THE YEAR. She has served as a Director for the Tri-County Board for several years, and as the President (2005). Alisa is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative.
Ms. Champion grew up in the Walhalla area, learning to water ski on Lake Chattooga. Weekend visits to her aunt’s and grandparent’s weekend homes at Mountain Rest Lake generated lots of quality water time with cousins and friends. Also popular were the hikes up Tamassee Knob, and the ‘tubing’ down Flat Shoals.
Boating and skiing on Lake Keowee quickly became the norm, as the lakes’ coves and open waters provided ample opportunity for fun. Hiking to a multitude of nearby waterfalls was and is still a wonderful pastime.
Although the Upstate has seen tremendous growth in the past twenty years, the area still offers a quality of life not easily duplicated. While it remains a place for family, empty-nesters and vacation-home enthusiasts who appreciate the upscale lifestyle have come to love the lure of Lake and Links! Our four distinct seasons and friendly residents are the proverbial ‘icing’ on the cake!
