Meet Molly
Molly grew up in Moline, Illinois, graduating from the University of Illinois in 1984 with a BA in Economics. She moved from there to Minneapolis, Minnesota, and for seven years, worked in sales for two Fortune 500 companies before taking a 14 years hiatus in Bermuda, where she raised her two sons, James and Thomas. While living in Bermuda, she and her family discovered the Carolinas and fell in love with the pleasant climate, wonderful mountain scenery, and marvelous lifestyle. They purchased a home at The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards®, and looked forward to visits to South Carolina from their home in Bermuda. In 2005, they moved permanently to Asheville, drawn by the wonderful lifestyle, educational opportunities for their children, and the perfect climate.
Molly’s personal and professional goal has always been to find the best in everything, and to attack each opportunity with enthusiasm, honesty and integrity. “I feel that these goals translate very well to real estate”, she notes, “where my clients are either buying or selling property, and need to know that I will work hard for them in an enthusiastic and professional way.”
Working with Justin Winter & Associates, a firm of independent realtors who pride themselves on giving objective advice to clients seeking to buy or sell in the upscale amenity communities of the Western Carolinas, Molly has found her niche. With a strong personal interest in outdoor pursuits such as golf, tennis, boating and hiking, Molly’s enthusiasm for the communities in which she sells is evident in her own lifestyle. A keen golfer, she takes pride in selling in developments which boast championship courses by Fazio, Nicklaus and Palmer.
“Being an independent realtor, I’m not tied to any one community”, says Molly, “so I can give my clients the entire picture with an objective view. I am responsive to the needs and desires of my clients, which assists them in narrowing down their choices to find the solution which best fits their lifestyle.”
