Meet Rich

Rich Stephens is a self-motivated sales/management professional with over 30 years experience in the chemicals and plastics industries. He has proven individual performance, is adept at maintaining strong customer relationships, gaining new business, controlling expenses, and developing marketing strategies. Rich is a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing business situations and solve problems quickly and effectively. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta Georgia.

Rich has been a Real Estate Professional for several years having achieved the Million Dollar Club in his second year. He recently received the new Relocation Designation, CMRS and CMMS. These mean that he is now a Referral and Marketing Specialist for Cendant Mobility, the largest relocation company in the USA.

He is a regular Red Cross blood donor, has helped build Habitat homes and keeps abreast of local issues affecting our community. In addition to his professional and community activities he has been happily married for over 37 years and is the proud father of four children and has three grandchildren. He is an avid golfer, fly fisherman and reader.
