Meet Roseann
Roseann Procacci Cioce grew up in South Florida. This native Miamian, learned the real estate business from her father and brother, successful Real Estate developers and residential and commercial builders throughout the state. Over a period of 23 years, Roseann has been involved in Real Estate sales along with building custom homes with her husband and business partner, Douglas Cioce, president of Herrington Homes of the Carolinas, Inc. The knowledge that Roseann has gained throughout her Real Estate and building career provides sellers and buyers an opportunity to be represented by a seasoned advocate and advisor; one able to analyze home sites for value and home placement along with understanding of current construction costs and market analysis.
Sales have been the focus of Roseann’s entire business career. After graduating from Loyola University in New Orleans, she became involved in the fine jewelry business. Working her way through to a District Management position, Roseann learned the demands, challenges and organization requirements of retail sales. Ultimately, her familial roots drew her back to South Florida and the Real Estate industry. Roseann has been a broker since 1985 and has owned and operated her own Real Estate office in Boca Raton, specializing in waterfront and ocean front property. Her real estate and building career spanned over two decades which included a move to the Naples area where Herrington Homes was a successful feature builder in the most prominent country clubs in the area.
Since relocating to Asheville in July of 2007, Roseann and Douglas have been building luxury custom homes in the Cliffs at Walnut Cove. Along with their three sons, they are full time residents of Walnut Cove and call Asheville, home. Roseann is an avid tennis player and golfer. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking and trips to the Biltmore Estate where “the heartbeat” of Asheville always astounds her.
