Meet Pat

My husband and I came to the upstate area in 2002, in order to attend his childhood camp reunion, where he spent many summers. Subsequently, we stayed at La Bastide, played golf at the Cliffs Valley and bought a lot that weekend.  By 2005 our home was completed and we had not only fallen in love with the area, but the people as well. We have lived in a number of places, but we have truly found a home here in the Valley.

The Cliffs offers more than any other club we ever belonged to in the past.  As an avid golfer, occasional tennis player, fitness lover, hiker, and skier, one cannot ask for more. The sense of community within the gates extends to many areas. I volunteer at the local elementary school as an assistant coach, have worked on projects for Habitat for Humanity and have helped to raise money for the local volunteer fire department.

I am originally from New York and grew up in the suburbs before moving to Manhattan after college to begin my career in the hospitality business.   I spent 16 years working as a Project Manager and Director of Purchasing for hotel renovation and new construction projects. This led me to start an independent sales operation in NYC, representing several manufacturers of furnishings, catering to the hospitality industry, which operated for over 10 years. Services also encompassed space planning and interior design for various hotels.  During this time, I decided to get my first real estate license in New York as a sales person and started investing on behalf of my husband and I.

In the year 2000 we moved to Florida. It was there that I decided to become a Florida REALTOR® and became licensed as a sales agent and then received my broker’s license.  I enjoyed working on both renovation and new construction projects, as we built our portfolio, using my knowledge of construction, gained from the hospitality industry. Soon, I began working with friends to help them find their dream homes.

I am now a licensed broker in South Carolina, specializing in Cliffs resale properties. My expertise as a Certified Home Stager and Redesigner allows me to advise my clients, who wish to sell their homes, how to show their property in the best possible manner. I hope you will take some time to allow me to show you the ultimate living experience at the Cliffs, as well as what Justin Winter & Associates, REALTORS® can do for you.
