Trip Agerton is a former senior executive of BellSouth/AT&T with extensive experience
in sales and marketing. After many experiences at The Cliffs starting in 2002, he
purchased a lakefront property in 2007 and completed construction in 2011. He and his
wife Judy have a home in The Cliffs at Keowee Falls South and love all aspects of the
lake and mountain lifestyle. Trip and Judy are happiest when their home is filled with
their four kids, 5 grandkids, friends and neighbors, especially celebrating key holidays
with a backyard barbecue or low country boil. An avid outdoorsman, hunter, golfer and
college football fan, Trip loves spending time on the lake and the links and exploring the
many wonderful offerings of the Lake Keowee area and nearby towns. With 12+ years’
experience representing buyers and Sellers with Justin Winter & Associates, he enjoys
leveraging his own purchase/building experiences, his local market knowledge, and his
